Stript Wax Bar is a boutique salon chain dedicated to the art of waxing. Our mission is to provide women and men with a clean and comfortable environment where we can provide each of our customers with the best hair removal services in the industry.

While waxing is our number one priority and expertise, we also offer other services that include spray tanning and have a full retail section within all of our stores.

Our Founder - Katherine Goldman

I created the first waxing focused storefront salon in San Francisco in 2009. Since then the industry has dramatically increased but I based my decision to focus on waxing after many years working at different spas and salons and realized that there needed to a place dedicated to waxing so the client knows the Esthetician performing the service does it daily and has been for many years making them true experts.

At many other places waxing is an afterthought and many estheticians are either not experienced or do not like performing the service. Our focus is also on cleanliness and that has been a main priority since the start which is especially important given the current times.

We never reuse or "Double Dip" wax sticks, everything is one time use only and we provide a medical grade individually packaged antiseptic cleaning towelette and numbing spray before the service. We also have our own proprietary wax which our clientele love.
